GAS FITTING SERVICES

We install natural gas and propane lines for bbq’s stoves, fireplaces, and services for upgrading gas lines from your meter. A wide range of products can be used, from black iron piping to CSST flex line and copper, depending on the application and job. If you have preference or concern about a product used, please let us know and we will make it right.

FURNACE & A/C REPAIR SERVICES

Our labour repair rate including truck charges and traveling time for diagnosing a problem is $89.00 + HST for residential and a minimum of $129.00 + HST (depending on the location and accessibility) for commercial hvac equipments anywhere in the GTA. This rate remains unchanged if the furnace or air conditioning unit is fixed in the first half hour and without replacement of any parts. Otherwise, your cost - depending on the availability of the part and based on a mutual agreement - is calculated and is payable to us.

Remember if your equipment is less than 5 years old, you most probably have manufacturer warranty on the parts. In this case, we will not charge you for the cost of the part; however, our time to deliver (if it needs to be picked up) as well as the labour for the replacement of the part is chargeable

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Our annual dryer vent cleaning plan will protect your home & its contents from fires, smoke and pollutants, significantly reduces energy operating costs, dryers run more efficiently and dryers will last longer clothes will dry faster.

In-suite Fan Coil Cleaning & Remediation
Our semi-annual maintenance program will ensure the fan coil unit is properly cleaned and operating efficiently. Annual maintenance program can detect early signs of mold/water damage which occur over time. We offer custom fan coil remediation program for buildings with older fan coil units.

Fresh Air Make-up Cleaning
Make-up Air or Replacement Air Units is a system that continuously replaces the air being exhausted with fresh air. This air can be heated, cooled, humidified, dehumidified, filtered, or simply moved by an induction fan. Most importantly, air replacement solves the problem of air contamination, exchanging stale air, eliminating drafts, and maintaining proper comfort zones.

This service will improve the amount of air to be exhausted from the bathroom and increase the life of your exhaust fan unit.

Even thou this unit exhausts air to the outside, there will be an increasingly amount of debris buildup over time. There is always a chance of mold, bacteria and fungi growth in this exhaust system, which when not in use can affect your indoor air. We will fully clean and sanitize your bathroom exhaust system.
